This means that they will seat you at whatever table is open and available (meaning that it is clean and prepared for the next customer) and that you cannot choose a table by the window, outside, etc.

Click the upcoming reservation and then Cancel reservation. Confirm you want to cancel the reservation in the pop-up window. You will see a canceled reservation message, with an option to edit the canceled reservation, should you want to undo the cancellation or add notes.
